I did not state that Raid created the GOON black ops or that GOON blacks ops was created in a response to interdiction. just that because of his effectiveness GOONs have continued their program. Your stupidity is vast. We continued our program because it is grotesquely effective, Interdiction, and anyone in it, is too insignificant to even remotely catch our attention. If you want to credit our Black Ops to anyone outside GS, Burn Eden is the only one that's been an inspiration.
